Client Responsibilities

Approve or request revisions within the agreed timeline.
Ensure that any content (text, images, logos, etc.) provided does not infringe on copyrights.
Make payments on time according to the agreed plan.
Payments & Refunds
Payment terms will be mutually agreed before starting any project.
Work begins only after an initial agreed deposit is received.
All payments are non-refundable once work has started, as time and resources are immediately allocated.
For monthly services (maintenance, SEO, etc.), payments must be made in advance.
Project Timelines
Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on communication, revisions, and client response time.
Delays caused by missing content, delays in approval, or unpaid invoices are not our responsibility.
Revisions
Each service includes a specific number of revisions, mentioned in the proposal or contract.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit will incur extra charges.
Ownership & Copyright
After the full payment:
You own the final website files, design, and content (unless stated otherwise).
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
For premade templates, plugins, or third-party assets, ownership is subject to their respective licenses.
Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools, plugins, hosting providers, payment gateways, etc.
We are not responsible for any downtime, bugs, or issues caused by third-party services.
Website Content & Data
You are solely responsible for:
Backing up your website
Maintaining your login credentials
Ensuring your website content complies with legal requirements
We are not responsible for loss of data due to hosting issues, malware attacks, or client-side errors unless you are subscribed to our maintenance service.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Loss of revenue
Loss of data
Website downtime
SEO ranking changes
Security breaches
Third-party integration failures
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Termination of Service
We may suspend or terminate services if:
Payments are not made on time
Client violates these Terms
Client engages in abusive or fraudulent behavior
